Christian website appoints new regional editors
The popular Network Norwich & Norfolk Christian community website has received a major boost with the appointment of two new Regional Editors to provide a dedicated service in several different parts of the county.
Tony Rothe has been appointed as North and North West Norfolk Regional Editor and Jenny Seal takes on the role of Mid and South West Norfolk Regional Editor.
Existing staff members Helen Baldry and Keith Morris will continue to cover Norwich and South and East Norfolk.
Tony is a deacon at Sheringham Baptist Church, a published author and field study instructor. Jenny has worked in a communications role for Faithworks and several other Christian organisations and also for the Thetford-based Keystone Development Trust.
Tony said: “I feel that this website fulfils a much needed role in the Christian community by keeping us all better informed about each other's activities, and helping to bring about greater unity between different elements of God's family in Norfolk. I am looking forward to playing my part in this process, especially in North and North West Norfolk.”
Jenny said: “I am really excited by this opportunity to publicise the valuable work that churches, ministries and individual Christians are doing across Mid and South West Norfolk and beyond. By providing a dedicated focus on the towns and parishes across the county, we look forward to more stories being read by a wider audience and more connections being forged across the local Christian community.”
Website publisher, Keith Morris, said: “A recent site survey indicated that 83% of site visitors are interested in Christian news, events and advertising in other areas of the county as well as Norwich. We have appointed Tony and Jenny to boost our service in several areas of the county so please contact them with news and events about yourself, your church or organisation.
