WW1 exhibition at Catfield Church

2018: “World War One 100 Years On” is an exhibition of drawings and other artwork to commemorate the end of the First World War, at All Saints’, Catfield until August 5

The exhibition is to commemorate the lives of twenty-five men of Catfield on the Norfolk Broads who died during the First World War and are named on the memorial by the church. Twenty-five full size drawings of these brave men will be on display, along with other works including 'Stone of Remembrance', Falling Poppies by the children of Catfield School, Cross of Sacrifice, Ascension and Eucharist 1918 - Field Communion Case.
 
Catfield WW1 exhib 300ATThis exhibition of artwork and words by Neil Smalley will be on show at All Saints' Church in Catfield daily until Sunday August 5 between 10.00am and 5.00pm each day. There is no charge for admission.
 
A colour brochure to accompany the exhibition is on sale from The Crown Inn, Catfield Store & Post Office, Ludham Butchers and Century Printers in Stalham for £2.00
