Robin found faith after failed suicide attempt

Former finance director Robin Hirsch became a Christian after a failed suicide attempt and has since experienced many miracles. You can hear him speak at the November dinner of the Norwich FGB on Monday 20th.

A former President of the Westminster FGBMFI Chapter in the 1990s, Robin came to Christ in 1968 after a suicide attempt, was baptised in the Holy Spirit in 1982, then saw many miracles, proving Jesus’s prophecy: “anyone who trusts in me will do the works that I have done”.

“In 1968, Robin read St Luke’s Gospel for the first time in modern English, met a new Jesus and handed over his life to him,” explained Kit Brinkley from Norwich FGB.

“He immediately experienced answers to his prayers, and in 1982 realised that nothing in his life, neither his family, his qualifications nor his second appointment as a finance director, could ever compare with the joy of knowing Jesus.

“Almost immediately he started to experience the first of many miracles, such as 6 blind people healed, sciatica, cancer and paralysed arms cured, evil spirits cast out, even horses cured,” said Kit

Robin said: “He wants you to be empowered to do the same, any sick friends of yours to be healed by Jesus and for you to know that ‘ALL things combine for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purposes’.”

The dinner will be held at the City Suite, Mercure Hotel, Boundary Road, Norwich NR3 2BA on Monday November 20, at 7pm for 7.30pm
